We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Enablement Specialist to scale and optimize our go-to-market (GTM) enablement programs. This role sits at the intersection of talent development, content and learning management, onboarding, and GTM strategy; ensuring our sales team, partners, and all customer-facing teams have the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to succeed. The ideal candidate brings strong sales empathy, excellent stakeholder management, and a passion for developing people. What You Will Do:

  • GTM Enablement & Strategy – Collaborate and execute enablement plans with sales leaders and SMEs; close performance gaps with targeted training and content; champion new tools and best practices.
  • Content & Learning – Manage CMS/LMS (e.g., Seismic, Articulate Rise 360); develop eLearning, job aids, and certifications; support product launches, QBRs, and SKOs.
  • Onboarding & Development – Lead onboarding for new hires and managers; coordinate with Recruiting and Sales Ops; build continuing education and careerpath programs.
  • Partner Enablement – Assist with asset management in the partner portal Impartner); enable MSPs and reseller channels with training, assets, and certifications strengthen partner sales and technical readiness to drive channel performance.
  • Events & Communication – Plan and execute enablement events; coordinate logistics and content; drive alignment through clear communications and recognition programs.
  • Processes & Reporting – Improve sales processes, tools, and enablement methods; leverage Salesforce and conversation intelligence to assess performance and track KPIs.


Skills You'll Need to Have:

  • 3–5+ years in sales enablement, training, or GTM roles (sales experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to deliver training across multiple modalities.
  • Experience with CMS/LMS (Seismic, Articulate Rise 360) and enablement tools.
  • Hands-on Salesforce and conversation intelligence platform experience.
  • Experience enabling MSPs and reseller channels, including sales and technical readiness.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder skills.


Nice to Have

  • Partner portal (e.g., Impartner) experience.
  • Instructional design background.
  • Experience managing onboarding programs and large-scale events.
