People & Culture Advisor

About triSearch

triSearch is a SaaS business committed to creating time for conveyancers through innovative technology solutions.

It is our mission to speed up the sale and purchase of homes in Australia by building a more efficient conveyancing industry. Operating nationally, we provide end-to-end technology to improve workflows and create a seamless experience for conveyancers, and their clients.

About the role

We are looking for a proactive People & Culture Advisor to own our end-to-end People & Culture function. This is a standalone P&C role supporting a business of approximately 30 people, with the backing of the People team at our parent company, InfoTrack.

This role is perfect for a self-starter who enjoys autonomy, builds strong relationships, and provides practical, people-first HR advice to employees and leaders. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, refine people-processes, and play a hands-on role in shaping the overall employee experience.

This role offers significant exposure across all areas of People & Culture, making it an ideal opportunity to build depth, confidence, and leadership capability through real end-to-end ownership.

This role offers a hybrid work environment, minimum 3-days in-office.

What you'll be doing

  • End-to-end People & Culture Ownership - Own People & Culture at triSearch across strategy, operations, compliance, and employee experience, with support from the InfoTrack People team.
  • People Advisory & Leader Support - Partner with leaders and employees to provide practical, people-first HR advice across performance, conduct, development, and day-to-day people matters.
  • Employee Lifecycle & Compliance - Manage the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, remuneration processes, exits, WH&S, and employment compliance.
  • HR Systems, Data & Administration - Own Rippling as the system of record, including contracts, variations, employee records, reporting, and automated workflows.
  • Culture, Engagement & Improvement - Support engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives, while identifying opportunities to refine people processes and improve the employee experience.

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in a People & Culture generalist role.

What we offer

At triSearch, we value both high performance and cultural fit – combining hard work with a fun, supportive environment.

Some of the perks and benefits you can expect at triSearch:

  • Free Gym Membership
  • Daily free barista-made coffee
  • Daily breakfasts, snacks and drinks
  • Weekly catered lunches
  • Generous Leave entitlements
  • Professional Development Program
  • A fully stocked bar fridge
  • Sydney CBD Location

You’ll join a fast-growing tech company with ambitious goals, and have the opportunity to learn, grow and advance your career.

Please apply to this exciting opportunity by submitting your resume today!
