About the role
triSearch is seeking a driven Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns across Brand, Product, Events, PR and sub-brands. You’ll coordinate projects, execute campaigns, analyse results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer growth and engagement.
What you'll be doing
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for channels such as blogs, social media, case studies, brochures and whitepapers.
- Social Media: Support and execute social media campaigns, including content creation and audience engagement.
- Campaign Coordination: Execute marketing campaigns on time, within budget and to a high standard, working with internal teams and external partners.
- Email Marketing: Coordinate and deliver email campaigns that drive engagement.
- Collateral Development: Create digital assets, presentations, sales materials and other promotional content.
- Data & Reporting: Track and analyse campaign, email and website performance, providing insights for optimisation.
- Customer Retention: Support strategies to increase customer satisfaction, engagement and retention.
- Market Research: Conduct research on trends, competitors, customer needs and market opportunities.
- CRM & Sales Support: Assist with CRM management, lead tracking, Salesforce admin and general sales support.
- Administration: Manage merchandise inventory, vendors and marketing storage areas.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution, and digital channels.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (email, social media, analytics, CRM).
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and growth mindset.
