About the role

The Customer Enablement Specialist is responsible for delivering engaging and effective training programs to clients, ensuring they understand and can maximize the value of the company’s products or services, supporting operational tasks including process optimisation, documentation, and coordination between departments to enhance overall efficiency.   

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both teaching and operational support, with the ability to multitask and contribute to the overall growth and efficiency of the organisation.   

Success in this role requires strong communication, organisation, problem-solving skills, presentation skills and a customer-first mindset.  


This role offers a hybrid work environment, minimum 3-days in-office but during probation there is a requirement to be in office full time.


Responsibilities (key tasks and requirements of the role) 

  • Manage the training requirements of new and existing customers 
  • Conduct training sessions relating to our products and services 
  • Identify opportunities to improve process’ relating to enablement and broader business functions 
  • Contribute to the ongoing support of the knowledge base 
  • Training and mentoring of new sales team members 
  • Initiative undertaking of higher duties in absence of senior staff 
  • Assist Head of Product with administrative tasks, workflow management, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures 
  • Educating team of internal product updates 

 

Competencies (essential behaviours required for the role)  

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and ability to take initiative and responsibility as the role requires 
  • Client focus - Ensuring that the client’s perspective is a driving force behind business decisions and activities; crafting and implementing service practices that meet client and business needs.  
  • Adept in training new team members on our culture and processes to help team succeed 
  • Being confident in taking on additional responsibilities as required by leadership 
  • Having initiative to do tasks without being prompted 
  • Ability to manage tasks and time in a productive manner  
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills 
  • Being accountable for activities and updating of salesforce  

 

Knowledge and Experience 

  • 2+ Years experience in a similar role, ideally within the legal or property technology space. 
  • Experience in B2B selling, preferably in the legal tech/software industry 
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills 
  • Familiarity with the conveyancing or real estate industry and an understanding of related workflows is advantageous. 
  • Confident and engaging presentation skills, capable of delivering impactful training sessions. 
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple training sessions and prioritize workload effectively. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in complex decision making 
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and continuous improvement 
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and the success of the business overall  
  • Familiarity with using Salesforce and/or Hubspot as an Admin highly desirable
