SALARY                        $80,000 per annum plus superannuation

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Campaign + Communications Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns across the business.

This role sits at the centre of marketing execution, translating campaign strategy into clear plans, aligning all channels, and ensuring campaigns land smoothly both externally and internally.

 

ABOUT YOU

 

You’re a highly organised, detail-driven marketer who loves bringing campaigns to life from strategy through to execution. You’re confident managing multiple stakeholders, aligning channels and timelines, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You think holistically about campaigns, communicate clearly, and care deeply about delivering a consistent experience both internally and externally, all while keeping performance, KPIs, and outcomes front of mind.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Campaign Planning + Rollout

·       Build detailed campaign plans once strategy is signed off

·       Create campaign decks outlining objectives, timelines, channels and KPIs

·       Map campaign activity across all channels (EDM, social, website, studios, paid, PR, events)


Channel Coordination

·       Coordinate delivery across all marketing channels and owners

·       Ensure messaging, timing and audiences are aligned

·       Act as the central point of coordination for campaign execution


Internal Communication

·       Lead internal comms for campaigns across operations, studios and member support

·       Create clear briefing documents so frontline teams know what’s live, what to say, and what to expect

·       Ensure studio teams are set up to deliver a consistent member experience


Project Management + Project Management ownership

·       Own ClickUp for the marketing team

·       Build and manage campaign workflows

·       Track progress, manage deadlines, and keep work moving


Reporting + Performance tracking

·       Track campaign performance against agreed KPIs

·       Provide post-campaign summaries and insights

·       Flag risks, learnings and optimisation opportunities


Events/ Public Relations

·       Support brand collabs, events and partnerships

·       Manage timelines, run sheets and internal alignment

·       Support execution from planning through to wrap-up


MUST HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

·       3-5+ year’s experience in marketing, campaign management or communications

·       Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels

·       Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once

·       Experience working cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders

·       Excellent written communication and briefing skills

·       High attention to detail and strong organizational ability Confidence using project management tools (ClickUp or similar)

·       Commercial awareness and understanding of campaign performance metrics

·       Desirable: Experience working in Pilates and/or fitness industries
