Senior Outbound Product Manager

As Senior Outbound Product Manager you will:

Be the external face of the product and drive revenue growth through competitive differentiation, strategic positioning, compelling narratives, and sales enablement that helps our go-to-market teams win deals and expand accounts.

This is a market-facing role that owns how we position, message, and sell WorkSpan products—not how we build features.

Your primary responsibilities:


Go-to-Market Strategy & Positioning

  • Significantly contribute to external narrative, positioning, and messaging
  • Develop GTM strategies and launch plans for new products and major releases working along with Product marketing and GTM teams
  • Conduct market sizing and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
  • Ensure WorkSpan maintains clear competitive differentiation
  • Co-custodian of translating company vision and value to customer.
  • Hyperscaler Relationship Lead: Own the technical-business relationship with AWS, MSFT, and GCP partner teams.

Sales Enablement & Revenue Acceleration

  • Create compelling sales tools: pitch decks, demo scripts, battle cards, objection handling guides, ROI calculators, and collateral
  • Deliver product demos and presentations to Field Teams and marquee partners
  • marquee partners like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Cisco, SAP etc and support high-value deals

Customer & Market Insights

  • Engage with customers and prospects to understand pain points and important problems/opportunities. Act as “front door” for product org to qualify critical asks and opportunity areas for revenue unlock using strategic prioritization (Impact, scale, revenue)
  • Translate customer needs into compelling value propositions (not feature requirements) for Workspan to invest on.
  • Engage in user research to validate positioning concepts and market impact
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to provide market feedback

 

Required Qualifications:

Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, Tech Consulting experience. CRM or partnership management is an added plus but not a mandate. 
  • 5+ years in Tech consulting, Product Marketing, Outbound Product Management, or Sales Engineering with proven revenue impact
  • Big 4 or High-Growth experience: You have managed complex stakeholders and can present to a CEO or a Hyperscaler Lead with absolute confidence.
  • Product-First Mindset: You understand how to say "Not now" to a customer request to protect long-term platform scalability. You think long term than short term and know the balance it.
  • Deep GTM expertise: positioning, messaging, sales enablement, competitive analysis, launch management
  • Exceptional communication skills: craft compelling narratives for technical and business audiences and present compelling demos
  • Technical Fluency: You can understand technical elements (APIs) and can articulate the needs well enough to explain its value to tech and non-technical stakeholder.
  • Strong agency and influence: Ability to influence key stakeholders and balance priorities
