
This role is a hybrid role. Employees will be in the office at our Bellevue, WA location 3 days a week and remote 2 days a week.

About the role
As a Strategic Account Manager, you are central to Esper's success and growth. You will be the primary point of contact for the post-sales journey of an assigned portfolio of strategic customers, who will ensure customer delight via adoption and delivery of Esper’s solutions. Through your consultative relationship skills, you will identify, qualify, and close expansion and renewal opportunities.
This is a strategic relationship management role, you will be required to travel to customer sites and conduct regular business reviews. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and a technical background to drive engagement with decision-makers and influencers within product engineering and IT teams.
