At Good Samaritan, the only community-based nonprofit home health organization in the region, we’re dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care that helps patients remain safe and comfortable at home. We’re looking for a caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team and make a meaningful difference every day.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting under physician orders
• Teach patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and self-care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
• Accurately document visits and maintain up-to-date patient records in the EMR
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours visits as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Current LPN license in Virginia (or compact state)
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; home health or hospice preferred
• BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance

Shift Details: M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm
