We have accomplished a great deal with a lean team in getting to $35M ARR and on track to power ~$5B in home services projects with currently one PM. But, we’re at a critical inflection point where we need a strong builder-scientist to help accelerate our growth. Hearth is a seamless digital toolkit that helps home improvement pros win more projects, grow their sales, and save time running their business. In the last six years, we’ve built an industry-leading technology platform (Financing, Payments, Quotes, Contracts, and Banking), work with over 15,000 contractors, and have funded over $500 million in additional projects for home improvement pros. And, we are just getting started.
Your Mission
Hearth revenue teams are ready to enter an inflection point of growth. To do so, we are expanding our customer acquisition systems and to support this growth we are looking for strong leadership. Your mission will be to lead a team of sales professionals to tell Hearth’s story, represent the company as our front-lines, and start conversations with ideal customers at scale.

Compensation:
Salary is one part of Hearth’s competitive package. OTE consists of base salary plus a variable target for sales roles. The base for this role ranges from $70,000-$87,500, the variable target is between $70,000-$87,500, and total cash OTE compensation can be expected to be between $140,000-$175,000.
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, and prior work experience. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our sales commission structure.
