The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team and serve as frontline operational support for our Sales organization.

In this role, you’ll focus on executing and resolving day-to-day, sales-related Salesforce requests—keeping data clean, reports accurate, and sales teams unblocked. You’ll operate in a ticket-based, async environment, owning requests end-to-end and partnering closely with Sales Ops leadership when escalation or review is needed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational execution, understands how sales teams work in practice, and is comfortable working directly in Salesforce to solve real, tactical problems.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and resolve incoming Sales Operations tickets, including reporting updates, lead merges and movement requests, data fixes, and general Salesforce break/fix support.
  • Serve as a frontline point of support for Sales teams using Salesforce in a high-volume inbound and outbound sales environment.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that support sales leadership and day-to-day decision-making.
  • Perform data hygiene tasks such as record merges, field updates, reassignment, and validation cleanup to maintain CRM accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve issues that occasionally span systems (e.g., Salesforce  HubSpot), escalating when deeper configuration or architecture changes are required.
  • Operate within established Salesforce standards and processes, partnering with senior Salesforce and RevOps team members for review and guidance as needed.
  • Document recurring issues, resolutions, and patterns to improve operational consistency and reduce repeat work.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a comparable operational support role in a SaaS or startup environment.
  • Hands-on experience working in Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, data management, and user support.
  • Comfortable operating in a ticket-based, backlog-driven workflow, owning tasks from intake through resolution.
  • Strong understanding of how sales teams work day-to-day (leads, pipeline, activity tracking, reporting).
  • Detail-oriented and reliable—able to execute accurately across a steady volume of operational requests.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with full professional English fluency.
  • Able to work independently while knowing when to escalate or ask for review.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator experience and/or Salesforce certifications.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, particularly in a sales or marketing operations context.
  • Experience building or maintaining Salesforce dashboards for sales leadership.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel for basic analysis and reporting.
  • Exposure to scripting, automation, or APIs (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBA, webhooks) is a plus but not required.

Our Core Values

  • Truth. We value honesty and data. We seek to understand what is reality, so we can effectively respond to it.
  • Slope. Rate of change over time. We hire and reward based on a team member’s potential, capacity, and growth-mindset, rather than a fancy resume.
  • Mutual Benefit. The best outcomes happen when everyone wins - customers, team members, and the company. We seek to understand each other’s aspirations and create alignment to get there.
  • Competitive Greatness. We desire an opportunity and environment from which to pull the greatest versions of ourselves out into the world, rather than just a “job”.
