Sales Operations Specialist - Latin America Contractor

About Hearth

Hearth is a Fintech company helping home improvement contractors grow and manage their business. Our SaaS platform provides over 14,000 contractors the financial tools they need to close more business, including financing solutions, invoicing, payment collections, insurance products, all in one, modern system designed specifically for the home improvement industry.

Backed by 8VC, Founders Fund, and other prominent leaders in Silicon Valley, Hearth has raised over $50M and is one of the fastest growing companies in the home improvement space.

The Mission

To us, the home improvement contractor is a true embodiment of the American Dream – skilled craftspeople who choose to start their own business to build a better life for their families and their communities.

While home improvement professionals power a $500 billion per year industry and protect the homes of millions of Americans, they are typically overlooked by Wall Street and Silicon Valley, and are one of the most underserved, undercapitalized, and written-off segments of entrepreneurs.

We built Hearth to tip the odds of success in their favor. Hearth is a seamless digital toolkit that helps home improvement pros win more projects, grow their sales, and save time running their business. In the last six years, we’ve built an industry-leading technology platform (Financing, Payments, Quotes, Contracts, and Banking), work with over 15,000 contractors, and have funded over $500 million in additional projects for home improvement pros. And, we are just getting started.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team and serve as frontline operational support for our Sales organization.

In this role, you’ll focus on executing and resolving day-to-day, sales-related Salesforce requests—keeping data clean, reports accurate, and sales teams unblocked. You’ll operate in a ticket-based, async environment, owning requests end-to-end and partnering closely with Sales Ops leadership when escalation or review is needed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational execution, understands how sales teams work in practice, and is comfortable working directly in Salesforce to solve real, tactical problems.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and resolve incoming Sales Operations tickets, including reporting updates, lead merges and movement requests, data fixes, and general Salesforce break/fix support.
  • Serve as a frontline point of support for Sales teams using Salesforce in a high-volume inbound and outbound sales environment.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that support sales leadership and day-to-day decision-making.
  • Perform data hygiene tasks such as record merges, field updates, reassignment, and validation cleanup to maintain CRM accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve issues that occasionally span systems (e.g., Salesforce  HubSpot), escalating when deeper configuration or architecture changes are required.
  • Operate within established Salesforce standards and processes, partnering with senior Salesforce and RevOps team members for review and guidance as needed.
  • Document recurring issues, resolutions, and patterns to improve operational consistency and reduce repeat work.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a comparable operational support role in a SaaS or startup environment.
  • Hands-on experience working in Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, data management, and user support.
  • Comfortable operating in a ticket-based, backlog-driven workflow, owning tasks from intake through resolution.
  • Strong understanding of how sales teams work day-to-day (leads, pipeline, activity tracking, reporting).
  • Detail-oriented and reliable—able to execute accurately across a steady volume of operational requests.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with full professional English fluency.
  • Able to work independently while knowing when to escalate or ask for review.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator experience and/or Salesforce certifications.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, particularly in a sales or marketing operations context.
  • Experience building or maintaining Salesforce dashboards for sales leadership.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel for basic analysis and reporting.
  • Exposure to scripting, automation, or APIs (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBA, webhooks) is a plus but not required.

Benefits

  • Mission-driven, values-based culture.
  • Competitive pay.
  • Unmatched opportunities to learn and develop; front-row seat at a fast-growing tech startup

Location:

This role will be a remote, LATAM -based role.
