You bring a strategic, consultative mindset to recruiting—partnering closely with HR colleagues and business leaders to ensure hiring decisions align with workforce planning, internal equity, and long-term organizational goals. With a strong appreciation for discretion, professionalism, and craftsmanship, you know how to evaluate candidates not only for capability, but also for alignment with the values and standards of a long-established luxury fine jewelry brand.

 

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for delivering high-quality, values-aligned hiring that supports the long-term success of our nearly 50-year-old luxury fine jewelry brand. This role partner closely with HR leadership, business leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure the company attracts and selects talent that reflects its heritage, craftsmanship standards, and future growth strategy. As both a consultant to hiring managers and hands-on recruiter, this role aligns recruiting practices with broader HR initiatives, policies, and people strategies.

 

Essential Functions

  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, translating workforce plans, organizational priorities, and succession needs into effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Manage full life-cycle recruiting within established HR policies, from role intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
  • Collaborate with the Chief People Officer and Director, Human Resources to ensure hiring decisions align with company culture.
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies appropriate for a luxury fine jewelry brand, balancing discretion, quality, and inclusivity.
  • Evaluate candidates for role readiness, cultural alignment, and long-term potential within the organization.
  • Advise hiring managers on interview practices, selection decisions, employment laws, and internal hiring standards.
  • Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience that reflects the company’s commitment to excellence and respect.
  • Ensure accurate documentation with data integrity within the applicant tracking system and compliance with all employment regulations.
  • Support HR initiatives related to workforce planning, employer branding, onboarding effectiveness, and early-tenure retention.
  • Represent the HR team professionally in external recruiting environments and industry-relevant talent communities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field, with 5–8 years of full cycle talent acquisition or HR experience
  • Proven ability to operate Talent Acquisition as a strategic HR function, partnering closely with HRBPs and business leaders
  • Experience recruiting for corporate, retail, creative, or specialized roles within luxury, premium consumer, or brand‑driven environments
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law, recruiting compliance, and ATS‑based hiring processes
  • Consultative communicator with sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to influence hiring decisions
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and adaptable, with a commitment to delivering a high‑touch, brand‑aligned candidate experience
