About Pearl
Pearl is transforming dentistry through artificial intelligence. Our FDA-cleared AI platform powers dental practices, labs, and insurers worldwide — helping clinicians diagnose more accurately, operate more efficiently, and deliver better care. With a $500B global market and over one million dental practices to serve, we’re just getting started.
The Role
The VP of Growth Marketing will build and run Pearl’s demand engine — owning paid media, SEO, and direct mail to drive demo volume and pipeline across SMB practices and DSOs. You will lead a focused, high-caliber team with a mandate to scale as Pearl expands into new products and markets. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Brand/Comms, and the Sales teams, and be accountable for turning that alignment into measurable revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
Your core mandate is to drive efficient pipeline growth by optimizing lead generation performance within and across channels — including paid search, paid social, direct mail, SEO, and events. You own the full system: strategy, execution, measurement, and iteration.
- Own demo volume and pipeline targets across independent and enterprise dental practices, with full accountability for CAC and ARR contribution
- Continuously optimize channel mix, targeting, creative, and spend allocation to improve demo volume and quality
- Run structured experimentation cycles across channels to find and scale what works
- Build SEO into a reliable high-intent inbound engine through content strategy, technical optimization, and conversion-focused landing pages
- Develop and scale direct mail programs targeting high-value practice segments, with clear response tracking and ROI measurement
- Partner with Studio and Brand/Comms to develop and test high-performance creative across paid channels
