We are looking for a full-Time UI/UX Designer
Passionate about design and creating smooth, enjoyable user experiences who can blend creativity with user-focused thinking to help shape our digital products.
This role is more than just making things look good — it’s about designing intuitive, user-friendly experiences that meet both user needs and business goals. You’ll work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to bring ideas to life, improve existing interfaces, and ensure a seamless experience across our web and mobile platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Design visually appealing and easy-to-use interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to bring ideas to life.
- Redesign existing apps to improve usability and visual appeal.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Build user personas and map out user journeys to guide design decisions.
- Maintain consistency in visual styles, patterns, and layouts.
- Work closely with developers and product managers to turn designs into reality.
- Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and specifications.
- Stay up to date on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong background in UX design – especially in building business solutions.
- Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms.
- Experience in redesigning legacy or older apps is a plus.
- Skilled in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a plus).
- Comfortable running user research and usability tests.
- Great attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
