About the role:

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven E-Commerce Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and drive efficiency in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives on optimizing processes, motivating teams, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Full oversight of daily warehouse and fulfillment operations in a high-volume e-commerce setting
• Leadership, development, and accountability of warehouse associates, including performance management and coaching
• Execution and continuous improvement of KPIs (throughput, order accuracy, SLA adherence, labor efficiency)
• Real-time monitoring of order flow to ensure consistent on-time shipping performance
• Cross-functional collaboration with operations, customer experience, and inventory teams to resolve issues and improve workflows
• Identification and implementation of process improvements, layout optimization, and scalable systems
• Enforcement and elevation of safety standards, operational discipline, and best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience, with a strong preference for e-commerce or high-SKU environments
• Proven track record of driving KPIs, improving productivity, and leading teams in fast-paced operations
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make decisions and improve performance
• Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and retain high-performing teams
• Experience with WMS platforms and operational reporting tools is a strong plus
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and peak demand cycles
• Flexibility to support extended hours, weekends, and peak seasons as needed
