At SWAT Environmental, we install “Radon Mitigation Systems” protect homes and businesses across the nation from the harmful effects of Radon, which is a naturally occurring, radioactive gas that escapes when uranium in the soil decays and can become concentrated in a home, seeping through cracks and openings in the foundation (basements).

A Dispatcher is responsible for the coordination of the utilization of technicians, vehicles, and inventory to create schedule capacity, maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all customers. We are seeking an organized, outgoing & efficient individual experienced in an environment that is fast paced, with a regular high volume of service calls from Techs, Tech Managers, residential customers, builders/developers, real estate agents & property managers.

Essential Functions:

• Dispatcher ensures schedule efficiency by reviewing job scopes, travel times, and available “pull forward” jobs for each technician on a daily and weekly basis
• Ensure maximum productivity by achieving or exceeding Company established goals by successfully scheduling technicians
• Monitor, achieve or exceed Company established standards for technician drive times
• Prepare, update, and distribute daily work orders at set times
• Interact with internal and external customers in a courteous manner or as required
• Report driver performance issues or concerns to appropriate management for resolution
• Ensure technicians completion of set work orders, communicate to customers any change/alteration to scope of work and communicate concerns to management as necessary
• Ensure payment of services are collected daily, communicate internal and external concerns to management if collections are not resolved
• Assist managers and technicians with inventory and supply purchasing
• Assist with monthly inventory audits
• Manage, respond, and communicate internal messaging through Company IT platforms
• Follow all required Industry and Company safety and compliance policies and guidelines
• Perform all other job-related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience in Dispatching a plus.
• Experience with MS Office, CRM's.
• Experience in constant phone interaction with internal and external people.
• Experience working in an office setting.

• $26.00hr / 40 hours a week / onsite only
