About the role

  • The Content Studio powers custom content for leading tech brands and audiences across CRN, MES Computing, and Computing. You’ll help deliver assets that reflect our market authority and high editorial standards. 

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented Content Operations & Copy Editing Specialist who will copyedit, write, and resource custom content projects in Monday.com. You’ll ensure editorial quality in American English and localize content for global use, adapting tone and terminology for EMEA/APAC where appropriate. You’ll partner closely with editorial, design, video, research, marketing, and Client Success to keep work moving and to deliver assets that resonate with both end user and solution provider audiences. 

What you'll do

  • Copyedit & Write: Edit and proof articles, advertorials, white papers, emails, social posts, and landing pages in American English; draft and revise content to meet publication and client standards.  
  • Localize for Global Creation: Adapt content for regional norms and terminology, and support translation handoffs when needed (e.g., coordinating with translation agencies).  
  • Resource Projects in Monday.com: Manage intake forms, set up boards/templates, assign roles, and track progress across campaigns; keep staffing current ahead of kickoff/content calls. Roles include Writer, Copy Editor, Designer, Design QA, Video Content, Video Producer, and Video QA.  
  • Coordinate Approvals & QA: Route creative through StreamWork (proofing) for mark-ups and approvals; maintain an auditable trail of changes and sign-offs.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with editorial, design, research, marketing, and Client Success to align requirements, timelines, and deliverables; support clean handoffs to print/design for magazine workflows.  
  • Maintain Standards & Compliance: Uphold brand/editorial standards and follow TCC visual assets/AI usage guidelines on imagery and generative tools. 

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years in copyediting, editorial production, or content operations (media, publishing, or digital marketing).  
  • Strong command of American English copyediting with the ability to adapt to UK/global standards as required.  
  • Proven ability to tailor content for both end users and solution providers in B2B tech.  
  • Hands-on experience with Monday.com (boards, templates, dashboards) and proofing tools (StreamWork/PageProof); comfortable working in a structured project environment.  
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills; thrive in cross-functional and deadline-driven settings.  

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.  
  • Familiarity with B2B technology audiences and our publications (CRN, MES Computing, Computing).  
  • Working knowledge of content management systems, analytics platforms, and presentation standards used by The Content Studio.  

Working Model

US-based; hybrid/remote considered with periodic collaboration hours aligned to US Eastern Time and cross-region meetings for EMEA/APAC.
