This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.
It’s also not a traditional HR or Employee Relations position.
This role sits at the intersection of people, culture, hospitality, leadership support, and operational execution.
We are looking for a rare kind of person — someone employees naturally trust, leaders rely on, and chaos quietly avoids. Someone who can read a room, anticipate needs, create meaningful moments for employees, protect confidential information, and help keep a fast-moving organization connected and operating at a high level.
This person will serve as both a trusted right hand to the General Manager and a key contributor to the employee experience and company culture throughout the organization.
One moment may involve walking departments, checking in with employees, and getting a feel for team morale and dynamics.
Another may involve coordinating employee recognition, or organizing department recognition events or larger company-wide events.
Sometimes it means realizing a hot summer afternoon calls for a few hundred ice cream bars for the team before anyone else thinks of it.
At the same time, this role requires strong executive support skills — helping manage priorities, projects, communication, organization, follow-through, and day-to-day operational flow for the General Manager.
This role is deeply connected to the heartbeat of the company.
You are warm, emotionally intelligent, grounded, and highly observant.
Employees naturally trust you because you are approachable, genuine, and discreet.
Leadership relies on you because you are organized, thoughtful, loyal, and capable of handling sensitive information with professionalism and maturity.
You know how to make people feel heard without feeding unnecessary drama or emotion. You understand the difference between a true issue that requires action and a moment where someone simply needs perspective, support, or a listening ear.
You are equally comfortable:
You notice details others miss.
You anticipate needs before they are spoken.
You follow through.
You protect trust.
And you genuinely care about people.
While this role will generally follow a Monday–Friday schedule, flexibility is important. Company events, employee activities, community involvement, and leadership support will occasionally require evening or weekend availability.
Because this role is deeply connected to the employee experience, company culture, and day-to-day operations of the organization, in-person presence is essential. This is not a remote position.
The right person for this role understands that meaningful culture and strong leadership support are built through visibility, responsiveness, relationships, and showing up consistently for both employees and leadership.
This role carries influence without hierarchy and trust without micromanagement.
The right person will have a meaningful impact on the employee experience, company culture, leadership operations, and the day-to-day energy of the organization.
