Reverse Logistics Technician I

As a Reverse Logistics Technician I, you receive, clean, and disposition all incoming consignment surgical set returns and Return Material Authorization (RMA) returns

What You’ll Do: 

Performs all or any combination of the following responsibilities of Stryker’s reverse logistics operations

• Unload daily shipments of incoming surgical sets and help with precautionary cleaning/decontamination
• Develop an understanding of all Stryker spinal product offerings through the repetition of receiving and processing incoming consignment inventory
• Performs initial visual quality checks on implants and instrumentation
• Clean any debris from instrumentation that was missed during original sterilization/decontamination process, ensuring all medical devices are surgery ready
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

What You Bring: 

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalency degree or equivalent

• Must be detail-oriented
• Possess good organizational skills
• Goal oriented
• Perform essential duties in accordance with FDA standards
• Need to be a self-starter who likes to work independently, but also a team player
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite

Physical & mental requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to read and understand detailed work instructions and Good Manufacturing Processes
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable dealing and managing change

Compensation: 
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like territory requirements, qualifications, and performance taken into account.

VB Spine reserves the right to offer compensation outside of this listed range. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
