The Opportunity 

Workstreet is looking for a detail-oriented Trust Services Analyst to support our compliance team by completing customer security questionnaires and due diligence requests. This role is primarily focused on efficiently reviewing, organizing, and accurately entering information from our existing compliance resources into standardized responses.

What You'll Do

• Respond to Security Questionnaires: Complete security questionnaires and vendor risk assessments by leveraging existing documentation and established response frameworks.
• Research and Draft Responses: Research and provide accurate answers to client security and compliance questions using internal policies and control libraries.
• Reference Compliance Evidence: Retrieve and validate supporting evidence from platforms such as Drata, Vanta, or SecureFrame to substantiate responses.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams: Coordinate with compliance and security teams to verify information and ensure consistency across all submissions.
• Ensure Timely and Accurate Delivery: Finalize and submit all security documentation accurately, comprehensively, and within required deadlines.

Who You Are

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and GRC frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes with consistency.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
• Experience using compliance automation tools (Drata, Vanta, SecureFrame) preferred.
• Strong written communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
