About the role

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Zynap, you'll be the technical expert that customers and our sales team rely on. You'll design and deliver compelling demos, workshops, and POCs that prove real value for enterprise security teams.

Drawing on your deep background in offensive security, threat intelligence, or SOC operations, you'll translate complex security challenges into working solutions. You'll build custom integrations and automation frameworks using Python and AI/ML - solving problems that matter and guiding technical decisions with senior security leaders throughout the customer journey.

You'll also shape our product roadmap by bringing customer insights back to engineering, set technical standards for the team, create enablement content, and mentor other solutions engineers. Ultimately, you'll help organizations transform how they approach security automation at scale.

What you'll do

• Become an expert user and reference person in the Zynap platform usage.
• Collaborate with Sales to deliver demos, workshops, and proofs-of-concept.
• Translate customer needs into robust Zynap workflows.
• Script and automate workflows using Python and AI for customization and integrations.
• Provide expertise in cybersecurity practices (Offensive, Threat Intel, SOC).
• Deliver technical enablement, documentation, and training.
• Act as the customer’s voice to influence product improvements.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in cybersecurity (consulting, SOC, vendor, or solutions engineering). 
• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Pre-Sales, Solutions Eng, or similar). 
• Strong knowledge in at least one area: Offensive Security, Threat Intelligence or SOC Operations. 
• Experience with automation/scripting (Python, APIs, SaaS integrations). 
• Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus). 
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business value.
