  • Collaborating closely with project teams to integrate QA practices seamlessly into the development process

  • Working with a modern development stack (AWS, TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, Prisma, Apollo, Vite, React, Material UI, Turborepo, Terraform) and ensuring its reliability

  • Over time, you’ll be overseeing contract resources to expand capacity as needed - though we are not there yet

  • Helping companies do what's right for the environment by ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards

  • Part of a forever fully remote company, committed to supporting work-life balance

Who we're looking for...

  • You’ll be comfortable in a small, nimble, and high-performing team - this is a startup!

  • You’ll ask for help, show vulnerability and empathy in technical conversations

  • You’ll bring extreme ownership to the quality of the products you're responsible for - we value outcomes

  • You’ll communicate often in the open - our team norms include Looms, public Slack discussions, huddles, guided PR walkthroughs, and demos

  • You’ll be comfortable crossing into and learning technical areas that are not your specialty

  • You use first principles-based thinking to create pragmatic solutions to complicated problems

  • You’ll explain technical subjects in simple language that anyone can understand

  • You have experience with both manual and automated testing, and can manage the balance between the two

  • Ability to write automated tests using technologies like Jest, Cypress, and other frameworks for verifying core functionality

  • Experienced in all the tooling required for dev in our stack - like VSCode, Git, the terminal
