Vice President of Sales – High-Ticket B2C | Director or VP Level Only | Fully Remote

We’re hiring a proven VP- or Director-level Sales Leader with a 100% B2C track record. You must have:

  • Scaled high-ticket B2C revenue beyond $50M
  • Led remote sales teams of 30+ consultants
  • Zero B2B sales experience (candidates with B2B leadership backgrounds will not be considered)

ABOUT THE ROLE: VP OF SALES

As Vice President of Sales, you will be at the helm of our growing sales organization, leading strategy, driving performance, and scaling our team to $50M+ in annual revenue. You will develop a high-performing sales team, implement cutting-edge sales strategies, and ensure a culture of success and accountability.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a Remote Sales Force: Manage and motivate a fully remote team of 30+ consultants selling premium portrait experiences.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Execute strategy to scale B2C revenue from $30M to $50M+ annually.
  • Optimize Sales Funnels: Use CRM data (HubSpot, Salesforce) to improve close rates and shorten sales cycles.
  • Enforce Performance & Accountability: Own KPI tracking, appointment conversions, and consultant metrics.
  • Scale Sales Systems: Deploy repeatable, scalable playbooks and automation to drive consistent results.
  • Develop and Retain Talent: Build a coaching culture through structured training and performance development.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Current VP or Director-Level Sales Role: Actively managing high-performance sales teams.
  • 100% B2C Sales Leadership: Background in premium, emotionally driven consumer sales. No B2B experience at any level.
  • Proven Revenue Scaling: You’ve scaled B2C revenue to $50M+.
  • Remote Sales Team Management: You’ve led a distributed team of 30+ reps with clear KPIs and accountability.
  • CRM & Sales Analytics Mastery: Advanced experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Conversion-Focused Sales Strategy: You’ve built and scaled sales funnels for high-ticket offers.
