Position: Social Media Support Team Lead
Department: Experience Concierge
Reports to: Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a Social Media Support Team Lead to manage our social media support team, ensuring timely and exceptional customer service across all social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • KPI Management: Achieve and exceed key metrics, including maintaining response times under 60 minutes.
  • Accountability & Performance: Ensure the team adheres to KPIs, attendance policies, and address performance concerns through regular 1:1s for feedback and support.
  • Reporting: Compile, analyze, and present team performance and overall social support metrics.
  • Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks efficiently, even under pressure, including assisting with escalated issues and providing prompt responses to team inquiries.
  • Coaching: Mentor and support team members, identifying strengths and areas for development.

Expectations:

  • Leadership: Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
  • 1:1 Meetings: Conduct regular check-ins to ensure team alignment on goals and performance.
  • Reporting: Effectively track and report metrics using provided tools.
  • Communication: Deliver clear direction and constructive feedback to both the team and customers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Social media support experience is preferred but not required.
  • Team Player: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Multitasking & Problem-Solving: Capable of handling multiple tasks while finding effective solutions.
