Studio Trainer & Floater

We are now accepting internal applications for the Studio Trainer & Floater position. This is a full-time, travel-focused role designed to support all studio launches by delivering training, providing operational support, and filling in when locations need coverage. This role is crucial in upholding the Enchanted Fairies standard of creating magical and memorable experiences for children and their families and plays a key part in ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest and photographer experience across all studios.

Role Overview The Studio Trainer/Floater will:

  • Travel to studio locations and facilitate in-person training with photographers
  • Organize and deliver training sessions, onboarding, and shadowing experiences
  • Support studio teams during new launches, coverage gaps, or transitions
  • Evaluate and improve training materials, processes, and performance outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with Leadership to maintain standards


Who We’re Looking For

  • A confident and enthusiastic communicator with a passion for creating positive and engaging experiences.
  • A strong ability to connect with both adults and children, creating a fun and magical atmosphere.
  • Flexible and comfortable with frequent travel and adjusting to different studio cultures.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to adapt on the fly.
  • Experience working with children in a photography, performance, or similar high-energy, guest-facing environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong team culture alignment and professional presence required.

Logistics

  • Full-time travel required (frequent travel, sometimes with short notice)
  • 40 hours/week including weekends
  • When not traveling, duties include remote support, cross-training, and special projects

Compensation

  • Standard salary + travel stipends and bonus eligibility
  • Full-time team member benefits will remain the same.
