The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of our products through rigorous testing processes. 


You will collaborate closely with developers, management, and other stakeholders to design, implement, and execute test plans, identify potential issues, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Role and Responsibilities

Knowledge of QA theory (software testing processes, test types, and test techniques).


Experience in creating and supporting testing documentation (test cases, checklists, test plans)

Ability to work patiently and accurately, with attention to detail, both under supervision and independently


  • Manual testing of web applications and APIs
  • Writing and supporting test documentation
  • Smoke, regression testing of applications
  • Bug reports creation, verification using the bug tracking system

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of QA theory (software testing processes, test types, and test technics)
  • Experience in creating and supporting testing documentation (test cases, checklists, test plans)
  • Ability to work patiently and accurately, with attention to detail, both under supervision and independently
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong knowledge of bug life cycle (ability to create clear bug report)
  • Experience in testing web applications
  • Practical experience with browser dev tools
  • Desire to expand your knowledge
  • Brief knowledge of automation testing

Nice to have

  • Experience with Jira
  • Knowledge of Git
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Knowledge of Databases
  • Knowledge of API testing (Rest)
  • Basic knowledge of JS, HTML, CSS
  • Understanding and experience with Agile software development methodology
  • Desire to eventually delve into automated testing

The pay range for this position is BGN 42,000 - 66,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, and job-related knowledge.
