We are looking for an experienced digital media salesperson to join our seasoned sales team and help accelerate the growth of our advertising and event sponsorships business.
The Executive Director, Brand Partnerships will lead and manage their own account list and be directly responsible for achieving the quarterly and annual revenue goals for their book of business. Success will be highly dependent upon the candidate’s willingness and ability to navigate and prioritize named accounts, to understand their clients’ marketing strategies and challenges, to effectively position and package Endpoints’ products to meet their clients’ needs, and to close deals.
Established, multi-year relationships with marketing decision-makers at leading Pharma, Biotech, CROs, CDMOs, Finance/VC, and Healthcare companies is a prerequisite.
The role will work directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and Brand Partnership sales leadership.
The preferred location for this role is Boston, San Francisco, or New York.
Grow Revenue - Working primarily with Enterprise accounts, you’ll develop and execute a strategic sales plan to hit quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Execute Multi-Platform Partnerships - Developing and sustaining relationships with key client and agency partners, you’ll deliver marketing and advertising partnerships that leverage the full suite of Endpoints’ products - including newsletter sponsorships, bespoke partner content, live event sponsorships, custom webinars, digital display, and more.
Creatively Manage Your Business - Fully managing the sales funnel from opportunity creation through closing a deal, you’ll deliver creative solutions to each client’s challenges and needs throughout the process.
Be an Expert Partner - Through a sophisticated understanding of industry news and developments, as well as a strong knowledge of digital marketing dynamics, you’ll be an invaluable resource for clients to best understand how their current marketing goals will resonate with the Endpoints and larger biopharma communities.

Bias for Action - From managing your sales pipeline to developing client solutions to addressing internal challenges, you’ll actively bring ideas and solutions to the table, along with a willingness to execute on those in whichever ways you can most help.
Base Salary Range: $160,000-$175,000

The pay range for this role is:
