About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize Salesforce: Build and manage Flows, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
• Enhance Systems: Develop and deploy system enhancements, ensuring data integrity and streamlined workflows.
• Train and Empower: Drive Sales Operations success and adoption with our existing tools and processes.
• Craft Insights: Create and maintain dashboards, custom reports, and datasets in Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Accelerate Operational Success: Provide frontline sales support, including record corrections, ad-hoc requests, and operational ticket resolution.
• Collaborate and Problem Solve: Tackle challenges with a “figure it out” attitude, strong investigative skills, and a passion for collaboration.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role in a SaaS company.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, with an eye for crafting seamless processes and clean data.
• A knack for crafting insights and making data-driven decisions through reports and dashboards.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
• A positive attitude, openness to feedback, and a commitment to reliability.
• Bonus Points for CPQ experience!

Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000, 3% bonus - pay is commensurate on a variety of factors, including experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
