About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, organized, driven by relationships and ready to play a key role in driving customer success? We’re hiring a Renewals Manager to join our high-energy Sales Account Management team. You’ll ensure our customers’ renewals run smoothly, contracts are buttoned up, and processes stay seamless—all while collaborating with sales, finance, and customers to keep the engine running.

What You Can Expect Over the First 12-months

  • Ownership: This isn’t a checklist role. You’ll own renewals, influence processes, and directly contribute to revenue retention.

  • Collaboration: Partner with teams across the business (Sales, Finance, Ops) to deliver real results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the renewals process for hundreds of customers: From contract review and updates to creating quotes and ensuring timely renewals. 
  • Manage sales contracts and CRM data (Salesforce) to keep everything clean, accurate, and up to date. 
  • Partner with Sales Account Managers to deliver a stellar client experience—think quotes, POs, vendor forms, and RFP support. 
  • Collaborate with Finance to assist with receivables, resolve billing inquiries, and keep collections moving. 
  • Monitor dashboards and reports (NetSuite, Salesforce) to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. 
  • Be the go-to person for clean data: Update CRM, maintain client files, and organize SharePoint records. 

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • You’ve worked in Sales Support or a similar role and understand sales workflows. 
  • You’re familiar with Salesforce or other CRM tools and can handle data like a pro. 
  • You’re Excel-savvy and can navigate spreadsheets without breaking a sweat. 
  • You communicate clearly—whether it’s with teammates, leadership, or customers. 
  • You’re proactive, resourceful, and thrive when juggling multiple priorities. 
  • BS in Business, Administration, or relevant field is a plus.

Pay Range $60,000 - $70,000 | Commissions $15,000 - $20,000. Pay is commensurate on a variety of factors, including experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
