About the Role:

We’re looking for a Renewals & Contract Manager to support our fast-paced Sales Account Management team. This person will be an advocate and partner to the sales team, other departments and customers throughout the renewals process and provide administrative support by managing renewal opportunities, sales contracts and maintaining accurate records and files in CRM. Additionally, this person would be responsible for providing renewal quotes and invoices (upon request) to clients, assist with managing receivables, and support other general sales functions.  


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and logistical support to the Sales Account Management team.
  • Own renewal milestones in advance of renewal – contract review, upload contract to renewal opportunity, renewal increases, renewal modifications, quote approvals, PO requests, quote delivery.
  • Own contract management for renewals, ensuring compliance obligations are met and contract renewals happen in a timely manner.
  • Support the Sales Account Management team with RFP responses, vendor forms (IT/Security, W9, Procurement portal, Sole Source) account setup, and order fulfillment in CRM.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and exhibits.
  • Partner with SAM Manager, SAM and other departments to support customer requests and inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.
  • Achieve key performance metrics and goals.
  • Manage NetSuite report – payment received and close renewal opportunity.
  • Expire Accounts at beginning of month, if no payment or PO received. 
  • Enter and update account and contact records in CRM.
  • Manage SharePoint client folder file structure and organization.
  • Perform periodic maintenance on the records in CRM ensuring data is clean and accurate.
  • Manage Renewals Dashboard - update renewal notes, committed payment date information and Purchase Orders in CRM.
  • Manage contract record fields in Salesforce.
  • Assist with pricing, special billing and invoicing terms on contracts and renewals. Contact low tier customers with open receivables, assist finance with collection on past due invoices, research and resolve invoicing and/or payment inquiries or discrepancies.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel.
  • Prior experience in a Sales Support role or sales environment preferred.
  • Have a working understanding of sales processes and metrics.
  • BS in Business, Administration, or relevant field is a plus.
  • Excellent communicator with both internal and external customers.

Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000

Pay is commensurate on a variety of factors, including experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
