About the Role:

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a knack for storytelling? As a Solutions Engineer at EnergyCAP, you’ll be the bridge between innovative SaaS technology and our customers’ success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver World-Class Demos: Create and execute engaging, effective demos that address customer pain points and drive decisions in our favor.
  • Develop Scalable Pre-Sales Tools: Build a library of reusable demo components and bite-sized technical resources that empower the sales team and create freedom for innovation.
  • Champion the RFP Process: Own and streamline the RFP process, building a scalable program that efficiently manages submissions while exceeding client expectations.
  • Drive Customer Decision Confidence: Partner with AEs to coach customers through their buying journey, ensuring they feel confident choosing us.
  • Drive Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, project

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • 4-7 years of experience in a SaaS solutions engineering, pre-sales, or similar technical role. 
  • Skilled at identifying customer pain points and aligning solutions to meet their goals. 
  • Proven success delivering engaging, tailored demos that address customer pain points and drive results. 
  • Ability to own and streamline workflows (e.g., RFP processes) to increase efficiency and consistency. 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align priorities and share insights. 
  • Experience building scalable tools, processes, or programs in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Eager to take ownership of impactful projects and continuously optimize processes. 
  • Familiarity with common SaaS technologies, APIs, and integration methods. 
  • Experience with CRM tools, proposal software, or demo platforms. 
  • Thrive in an agile, results-oriented environment with minimal oversight!  

Pay Range$100,000 - $110,00 | $25K-$50K variable | $160K OTE

Pay and bonus is commensurate on a variety of factors, including experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
