We're looking for a great IT Support Specialist to join our Technology Team who will support out growing remote staff, as well as our Denver, Colorado office. This is a hybrid position, as you will occasionally be needed in the Denver office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operation of EnergyCAP remote and in-office staff.
  • Organize and respond to staff-submitted desktop support tickets.
  • Be able to autonomously close support tickets.
  • Document activities to build library of content for self-service issue resolution.
  • Communicate and build relationships with EnergyCAP staff.
  • Monitor and optimize office networking, wiring and Wi-Fi hardware.
  • Work as part of the EnergyCAP Technology team.
  • Work with our Technology team to plan network and computer changes and the feasibility of projects recommended by EnergyCAP staff.
  • Monitor technology trends and make recommendations on incorporating new technology into the company’s existing platforms.
  • Purchase, configure, and install hardware and software to meet the needs of EnergyCAP staff.
  • Be included in EnergyCAP Technology team sprints, stand-ups, and demos.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technology field or possesses relevant work experience.
  • System administration skills with Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
  • Able to identify and resolve hardware, network, and software problems.
  • Support common desktop environments and software.
  • Understanding of Active directory, Azure Entra ID, DNS, VLANS, NAT, DHCP, Group Policy, InTune, Apple MDM, Azure Autopilot.
  • General scripting including some knowledge in PowerShell.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.

Pay Range$60,000 - $75,000

Pay is commensurate on a variety of factors, including experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
