About the Role
As an Engineering Manager at EnergyCAP, you will lead and support two product engineering teams, creating an environment of trust, clarity, and collaboration where engineers can do their best work. This role is a true people-leadership position—focused on coaching, alignment, and outcomes rather than individual coding—while partnering closely with Product, Architecture, and Engineering leadership to deliver meaningful results for the business.
This role is critical to EnergyCAP’s ability to scale product development in a healthy, sustainable way. Acting as a force multiplier, you’ll remove obstacles, reinforce effective ways of working, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration so teams can operate with confidence, predictability, and a sustainable pace. You’ll have a direct impact on team health, delivery quality, and the culture that supports EnergyCAP’s long-term growth.

Pay Range: $115,000 - $130,000 annual base salary with 10% target bonus.
Pay is commensurate with experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
