About the Role:
We're expanding our Business Development Representative (BDR) team in 2025 and hiring a Manager of Business Development to lead, mentor, and grow a team of up to 3 BDRs.
In this hybrid role, you’ll work out of our Boalsburg, PA office 3 days a week. You'll drive pipeline development by coaching your team to qualify leads effectively, ask the right questions, and set our Account Executives up for success. Your ultimate goal? Develop top-tier sales talent, preparing them to step into Account Executive roles within a few years.
You'll have everything you need to succeed—strong leadership support, mentorship from an experienced sales manager, and a powerful tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Navigator.
