About the Role:
The Director of SaaS Business Process Outsourcing (/CAPture Services) will provide leadership and direction to and work closely with the CAPture Services team to ensure our customers have the knowledge and tools they need to be successful using our products and services. The ideal candidate will bring their experience in driving customer satisfaction and retention and will showcase their ability to collaborate with other departments to integrate customer service into the broader business strategy.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on all CAPture Services processes to ensure operational excellence.
  • Develop goals and KPIs that support corporate and team objectives.
  • Supervise and manage a highly engaged team.
  • Lead CAPture Services Steering Committee meetings as a Product Owner.
  • Manage and develop new partner relationships that enhance CAPture Services offerings.
  • Consult on related sales opportunities.
  • Manage and deliver strategic projects as well as day-to-day support functions.
  • Service as Incident Manager for escalated service issues.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or another technology-related field or additional years of relevant leadership experience with SaaS companies.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in direct customer engagement functions, technical support, sales and/or project management.
  • Practical experience with the implementation and use of technology and automation tools for proactive management and analytics regarding customer outreach and customer risk profiles.
  • Experience building and scaling a high-growth and engaged team.
  • Leading or managing projects that involve a technology-based solution to solve a business challenge.
  • Skilled at data analysis using Excel, BI tools, SQL/MySQL queries, and related development languages.
  • Building internal and external partnership relationships and management agreements.
  • Experience serving as Product Owner for a product or service.
  • Managing metrics and KPI's for service delivery (ISO experience or certification preferred).
Pay Range$130,000-$170,000 + bonus 
Pay is commensurate on a variety of factors, including experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
