About the Role

EnergyCAP is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Demand Generation Manager to accelerate our pipeline growth through innovative, data-driven marketing. This role is ideal for a seasoned B2B SaaS marketer with experience leading inbound and outbound/ABM programs across digital channels. You’ll drive the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns that convert, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and leveraging deep industry expertise to engage target audiences.


We are looking for a results-driven marketer with about 5-8 years of experience in demand generation, a track record of pipeline contribution, and a passion for applying new technologies—including AI—to push boundaries in performance marketing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that combines inbound, outbound, and ABM strategies to generate and accelerate qualified pipeline.
  • Manage performance across email, SEO, paid media, and conversational marketing, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations, Creative, and Content teams to leverage EnergyCAP’s industry expertise and develop high-impact campaigns.
  • Partner with Sales, BDRs, and Account Managers to ensure alignment on target accounts, campaign execution, and lead follow-up processes.
  • Leverage platforms such as HubSpot (marketing automation/CRM), Qualified (conversational marketing), and Outreach (sales engagement) to orchestrate campaigns and personalize outreach.
  • Introduce and experiment with AI tools to improve campaign performance, audience segmentation, content generation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize ROI and contribution to revenue.
  • Manage a nimble internal team and external vendors to execute marketing programs effectively and efficiently.


Preferred Experience & Skills

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, with demonstrated success in driving revenue pipeline.
  • Strong expertise in inbound marketing, outbound/ABM, and multi-channel campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Qualified, and Outreach platforms.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, paid social, and email marketing.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, Creative, Content, and Sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI and emerging marketing technologies in innovative ways.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable using data to inform decisions.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills.
  • Experience in marketing enterprise software, with preferred industry expertise targeting higher education, government or commercial industries.
  • Background in PE-backed growth environments.
  • Familiarity with intent data, personalization tactics, and revenue attribution modeling.


Pay Range$120,000 - $140,000

Pay is commensurate on a variety of factors, including experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
