  • Design and document integration solutions between EnergyCAP and other customer systems (e.g., financial systems, metering platforms, or data services).
  • Develop and maintain scripts that use EnergyCAP’s APIs to automate recurring customer processes, and support the ongoing operation of those automated processes through troubleshooting and issue resolution related to automation logic, data handling, and system configuration.
  • Design and develop internal tools that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Customer Solutions team in supporting customers.
  • Deliver work within defined timelines, scope, and budget, following best practices.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Experience with PowerShell, Python or comparable scripting languages, particularly in support of automation and system integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with data integration and ETL workflows that leverage APIs.
  • Experience using version control tools (e.g., Git) for managing scripts, configuration, and implementation artifacts.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience working with both flat and structured data formats (e.g., CSV, JSON, XML).
  • Practical skills in SQL and database management tools.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision; self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems and following through on tasks.
