The Role
Enertiv is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Development Manager (CDM) to join our dynamic Client Success team. As a CDM, you will be at the forefront of fostering and maintaining robust relationships with our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services. This role is integral to our commitment to customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.
Responsibilities and Results
- Serve as the primary client contact, building relationships with executive, portfolio, and site-level stakeholders to deliver value from onboarding through renewal.
- Drive client satisfaction and loyalty through engagement initiatives, case studies, and building referenceable relationships.
- Expand existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure retention, account expansion, and long-term client value.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and referral sources to deepen client partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, resolve escalations, and align solutions with customer goals.
- Act as the customer advocate, providing feedback to product and operations teams to enhance offerings.
- Partner with customers to define success metrics, track progress, and achieve measurable results.
Qualifications and Attributes
- 5+ years managing relationships from project teams to the executive level
- Strong understanding of how to navigate multi-tiered organizations
- Strong commercial experience growing existing accounts ARR
- Highly proficient communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer orientation, with ability to identify problems and formulate solutions
- Strong organizational skills with ability to take on multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, with the ability to adapt conversations for dynamic audiences
