The Role

As an Account Executive at Enertiv, you will be instrumental in driving the company's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through strategic B2B sales and development activities. This key role requires a balance of sales acumen and technical understanding of Enertiv’s products, ensuring alignment with clients’ needs and strategies to foster the adoption and growth of our solutions within the commercial real estate market.

Responsibilities and Results 

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets ranging between $500K - $1M, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, focusing on demand generation and coordination of fulfillment logistics.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with SDRs, software and hardware engineers, and company leadership to ensure seamless integration and delivery of Enertiv’s solutions.

  • Engage in active client interaction, demonstrating a deep understanding of building operations and energy management.

  • Efficiently manage and update client information in Salesforce or a similar CRM (Zoho preferred).

Qualifications and Attributes

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales/development experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • Bachelor's degree from a prestigious university (B.A. or B.S.).

  • Strong understanding of the proptech/commercial and multi-family market, including key players, trends, and challenges.

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, able to engage and influence various stakeholders.

  • Process and detail-oriented, thriving in fast-paced environments.

  • Prior experience and knowledge of building operations and energy management prioritized.

The pay range for this role is:

100,000 - 120,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
