The Role

As an Implementation Consultant at Enertiv, you will play a crucial role in transitioning new clients from the successful sales closure to a flourishing long-term relationship managed by our Client Success Managers. This position demands a process-driven approach to ensure a smooth handoff, while also focusing on delivering a high-quality onboarding experience for all clients. Your expertise in implementing and onboarding software solutions will be key in enhancing client engagement and satisfaction during the critical initial stages of our partnership.

Responsibilities and Results

  • Manage the entire onboarding process for new clients on various modules of the Enertiv Platform, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to the Client Success team.

  • Conduct engaging and comprehensive training sessions, including compelling product demonstrations, to foster early relationship building with clients.

  • Develop and implement criteria to identify successful onboarding milestones, tailored to different personas within the commercial real estate sector.

  • Collaborate with executives to define expansion criteria early in the client relationship and establish a roadmap for Client Success Managers’ upselling opportunities.

  • Strive to reduce the time taken to onboard customers, enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.

  • Lead the creation of training content for new and existing users, such as video tutorials and self-help tools, to facilitate client learning and autonomy.

  • Define and optimize the process for a smooth handoff of clients to the Client Success Managers.

Qualifications and Attributes 

  • A Bachelor’s degree coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the implementation and onboarding of software solutions.

  • Strong background in B2B SaaS platforms is highly desirable. Familiarity with the real estate sector is preferred

  • Demonstrated success in innovating and introducing new processes aimed at streamlining software implementation.

  • Prior experience in roles that are client-facing, emphasizing the importance of direct client engagement in professional history.

  • A robust process orientation is critical, with the capability to devise and execute effective onboarding protocols.

  • Exceptional skills in managing client relationships, underscored by excellent communication abilities and a focus on building strong interpersonal connections.

  • Comfort and competence in managing large data sets, coupled with the ability to transform data insights into compelling narratives for clients.

  • Proficiency in delivering impactful presentations and adeptness in both oral and written forms of communication.

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage time effectively, ensuring efficiency in task completion and meeting deadlines.

  • High levels of energy and an engaging personality, capable of inspiring confidence and enthusiasm in clients.
