The Role

The Business Development Representative (BDR) at Enertiv plays a crucial role in prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to boost our company's growth. This dynamic position is ideal for an energetic self-starter with a talent for identifying influencers and key decision makers within the commercial real estate industry. The BDR will be instrumental in uncovering qualified opportunities, building rapport, and making a significant impact in the field of decarbonization and environmental solutions.

Responsibilities and Results 

  • Conduct 75-100 outbound calls daily to connect with top contacts in the commercial real estate sector.

  • Secure at least 5 qualified leads per week for introductory (discovery) calls.

  • Develop a deep understanding of different commercial real estate personas, including asset managers, sustainability managers, and operations managers.

  • Craft and provide detailed backgrounders on commercial real estate portfolios to the Senior Sales Rep, Head of Sales, Director of Marketing, and CEO.

  • Regularly update the CRM with precise and timely information on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Qualifications and Attributes

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B software sales, with a preference for a background in PropTech or SaaS sales.

  • Proven track record as a self-starter with high attention to detail and customer orientation.

  • Creative, organized, and demonstrates initiative.

  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho.

  • Ability to understand and solve business challenges.

  • Customer-oriented with excellent engagement skills.

The pay range for this role is:

60,000 - 65,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
