Our Project Management Team

At Enludio, we believe that great people in a supportive work environment are the keys to delivering great projects and user experiences. Our Project Management team collaborates with every production department including Engineering, Creative, and Quality, to create engaging experiences for our clients. We oversee the entire project lifecycle for both internal and external initiatives, working closely with business operations to continuously enhance our company’s effectiveness.

Your Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead complex projects from ideation to delivery! You will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, coordinating resources, and managing stakeholder expectations. You will work closely with a team of industry veterans in a fast-paced environment to navigate challenges, drive project success, and foster collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from inception to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and enhance client experiences.
• Identify risk and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

What You'll Need

• Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Experience in project management working on professional services projects
• Experience leading a diverse team of cross-discipline skill sets (Engineering, Creative, Quality)

Nice To Have But Not Necessary

• Experience in the Training & Simulation or Gaming industries.
• Experience in a high autonomy startup environment, showcasing adaptability & discipline.
• Enthusiasm for innovation in immersive experiences and a drive to constantly push creative boundaries.
• Familiar with game-based technologies and their applications.

Due to the nature of our work, it is mandatory that you are a US Citizen and able to comply with Government regulations. Our projects involve hands-on work with specialized hardware at our lab, it's essential that you reside in or near the Orlando, FL area and can commute as needed.
