About the role

  • We're looking for a driven, persuasive Sales Representative to join our e-commerce education platform as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on results, understands the psychology of consumer decision-making, and enjoys guiding prospective learners through the final steps of enrollment. You’ll join an agile team with a streamlined lead flow system — no cold prospecting required — and play a critical role in helping individuals invest in their education and future.

What you'll do

  • Engage with warm, inbound leads who have already expressed interest in our platform.
  • Conduct discovery calls and live walkthroughs to identify customer goals and concerns.
  • Close deals by clearly articulating the value of our programs and guiding prospects through enrollment.
  • Provide consistent follow-ups and manage your active pipeline using internal tools.
  • Report on outcomes and contribute feedback to improve our sales process and user journey.
  • Collaborate with the broader team on messaging, objections, and patterns in buyer behavior.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a B2C sales role with a strong closing track record.
  • Self-starter mindset with the discipline to manage your time and pipeline independently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — you can build trust quickly.
  • Confidence in navigating objections and helping buyers make confident, informed decisions.
  • Comfortable working as a contractor on a performance-based (commission-only) structure.
  • Experience selling education, coaching, or digital services/products is a plus.
