About the role
We are seeking a passionate, results-driven, and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the services Entrust Community Services provides to the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the organization's high standards of quality and impact.
What you'll do
- Lead the planning and implementation of multiple community projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the execution of project tasks.
- Ensure project milestones, deadlines, and budgets are met.
- Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including community partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, risks, and challenges, and provide updates to senior leadership.
- Identify potential risks and issues and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all projects.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in place of education.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, ideally in the non-profit or community services sector.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with diverse populations and a passion for community service is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with social service systems and community outreach programs.

The pay range for this role is:
58,000 - 75,000 USD per year (Yakima 11th Ave Office)
