SUMMARY:
Acts as the first point of contact for clients seeking agency assistance, providing information on programs and eligibility. Conducts initial screening and refers clients to the appropriate internal or external resources. Performs various clerical tasks to support the organization. Bilingual English/Spanish is required for this role, as you will be communicating with a diverse group of clients and community partners.

Ability to assist in the development of training plans for program participants. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, family members of program participants or employees of the organization.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as time studies, standards, discount, percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists and where immediate supervisor may not be readily available. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral, diagram or schedule form.
