Our Vision

Our vision is of a day when our community accepts and supports all people to be fully contributing members of society regardless of their ability. These inclusive communities embrace diversity not only within their workforce, but also within their total social structure and are models for community inclusiveness for other communities around the State and the Nation.

About the role

At Entrust Community Services, we are passionate about valuing everyone's worth—our program participants, our community, our employees, and everyone in between. Diversity and inclusion aren't just buzzwords to us; they are central to who we are and how we operate. We strive to empower individuals by recognizing their unique strengths and looking outside the box to unlock potential.

Whether helping someone land their dream job or empowering them to thrive in new environments, we understand that change can be daunting. While we might not assist with relocating to Europe, we can offer you a fulfilling career where you'll feel welcomed, appreciated, and supported from day one.

If you’re ready to embrace these values and join a company with an incredible purpose, Entrust may be the perfect fit for you.
