Role Overview

We’re looking for a Creative Producer to own and elevate our YouTube strategy. Someone who understands how to tell compelling, data-informed stories that drive both engagement and e-commerce growth. You’ll oversee our flagship YouTube channels, develop new formats, direct high-performing videos, and guide content from idea to upload.


What You’ll Do

  • Own day-to-day YouTube channel operations and creative strategy
  • Develop data-informed video concepts and series that grow views, subscribers, and revenue
  • Work closely with Founder and on-camera host, Kevin Espiritu, to evolve video formats and storytelling
  • Direct shoots, manage post-production, and guide visual storytelling with obsessive attention to detail
  • Analyze performance across CTR, retention, thumbnails, and titles and adjust creative accordingly
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content supports broader business and product goals
  • Lead reporting, testing, and optimizations to continually improve channel performance
  • Manage filming physical production days —including scheduling shoot logistics, crew, and gear, prep days, scripts, and talent coordination both on set and remote deliverables
  • Oversee the on-location film crew and ensure shoots are creatively aligned and on time
  • Work with production manager on post-production timelines and workflows with editors, motion designers, and sound to ensure timely publishing schedules
  • Serve as the creative lead in post: shaping narrative, pacing, and visual identity
  • Ensure production efficiency while protecting creative integrity at every stage

What You Bring

  • 5+ years as a YouTube-focused Creative Producer (end-to-end ownership: concept → post)
  • Strong editorial instincts and proven ability to turn data into creative decisions
  • Hands-on experience with YouTube analytics and social platform algorithms
  • Experience growing large YouTube channels
  • On-set leadership and post-production management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for storytelling, experimentation, and solving creative challenges under pressure
  • Comfortable directing shoots and managing creators with clarity and confidence
  • Bonus if you’re a gardener—but not required. Just bring curiosity, creativity, and an absolute OBSESSION for YouTube
