ERP Developer (NetSuite Focus)

Location: Broomfield, CO, must be onsite 3-4x days per week
Compensation: $100,000 + annual company performance bonus
Type: Full-time, On-site
Reports to: Tori Mauser, Dir of Strategic Systems Operations


About the Role

As we expand into new channels and grow our operational complexity, we’re seeking a hands-on, strategic ERP Developer to join our in-house team. This individual will play a critical role in advancing our NetSuite environment and supporting operational excellence across inventory and warehouse functions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders in operations, finance, and supply chain to ensure that our ERP systems support the business as it scales.



Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite customizations, scripts, workflows, and integrations to optimize inventory and warehouse operations.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on ERP workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Partner with warehouse and operations teams to identify pain points and implement tools that improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility across inventory management.
  • Manage system enhancements and lead initiatives to streamline processes around order fulfillment, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse operations.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and tools (e.g., WMS, EDI systems) to ensure seamless integration with NetSuite.
  • Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with company standards and controls.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of ERP development experience with NetSuite.
  • NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteCloud Developer, Administrator) strongly preferred.
  • Experience implementing or supporting ERP systems in warehouse and inventory-focused environments.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including WMS workflows, inventory control, and order processing.
  • Proficiency in SuiteScript, JavaScript, and common NetSuite tools and integrations.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working with or within a warehouse environment is highly preferred.

  • Base Compensation: This role is an internal level of specialist with base compensation starting at $100,000 depending on location, experience, and industry demands.
  • This role is eligible for a team performance bonus at 10%.
