Key Responsibilities:

  • Azure Cloud Migration: Lead and execute the migration of on-premises services to Microsoft Azure, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
  • Azure Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and highly available Azure-based solutions to meet project and business requirements.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures, access controls, and compliance standards to safeguard Azure resources.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot Azure infrastructure to ensure high performance and availability.
  • Cost Management: Optimize cloud spending by monitoring resource usage and recommending cost-effective solutions.
  • Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts and processes to streamline cloud operations and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Azure architectures, Terraform modules, CI/CD processes, and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, developers, and project stakeholders, to ensure successful cloud migration and CI/CD implementation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Azure Cloud Engineer with a strong track record of successful cloud migrations and Terraform module development.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications are highly desirable.
  • Expertise in Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure SQL, and Azure App Service.
  • Strong proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.


Experience

  • Microsoft Azure certifications are highly desirable.
  • Expertise in Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure SQL, and Azure App Service.
  • Strong proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and CI/CD best practices.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
