About the role
Epiphany School seeks a part-time Instructional Assistant for the 2025-2026 school year for our upper school division, supporting third-grade classrooms. The ideal Instructional Assistant candidate will work in collaboration with the Upper School Division Head, grade-level team and specialists with a diverse range of services of daily tasks and teaching. This includes assisting with delivering the curriculum, managing supplies and resources, working with the students, and other activities to support teaching and learning in the homeroom and specialist classrooms. This position will also participate in robust professional learning and school community events.
This is a non-exempt, part-time, academic year position reporting to the Upper School Division Head.
Standard school operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm during the academic year, with a start of August 20, 2025 and an end of June 16, 2026. Schedule for this role will be determined.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly rate range for this role is between $29.56 - $36.86, according to Epiphany School’s instructional assistant pay scale and based on the years of paid experience. When determining an initial offer, we carefully consider these factors and will ask the intended hire for documentation to verify the correct pay level.
