Position Overview

Eridu is seeking a highly organized, operations-driven Talent Operations Coordinator to support recruiting and people operations in a fast-moving, high-tech environment. This is an onsite role, ideal for someone who thrives on execution, coordination, and operational support.


This role is focused on recruiting coordination, onboarding support, and office operations, working closely with recruiting leadership, operations leadership, and the office manager to keep day-to-day people and office workflows running smoothly.

Responsibilities 

Recruiting Operations

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, including complex interview panels
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates regarding the interview scheduling and coordination process
  • Deliver a professional, responsive, and high-quality candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and interview data within the ATS
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring execution and timelines
  • Maintain and run internal recruiting and hiring reports
  • Ensure data accuracy and operational consistency across recruiting systems
  • Support improvements to recruiting workflows, reporting, and process efficiency

Office & People Operations Support

  • Support day-to-day office purchasing and ordering needs, including office supplies, breakroom items, and company meals
  • Coordinate recurring orders (e.g., weekly or monthly supplies and food orders)
  • Process and track purchase receipts and expense documentation, ensuring timely and accurate entry into internal systems
  • Support purchase requests from employees and track ordered items through delivery
  • Partner closely with the office manager and operations leadership to ensure purchasing workflows are organized, timely, and well-documented
  • Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding logistics for new hires
  • Partner with recruiting, operations, IT, and leadership to ensure Day 1 readiness
  • Support background checks, offer documentation workflows, and start-date changes
  • Maintain accurate records as candidates transition from candidate to employee

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, people operations or office operations
  • Proven experience supporting complex interview scheduling in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling operational tasks such as ordering, tracking, and documentation
  • Experience working with ATS platforms and internal systems (expense or HR systems a plus)
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and reconciliation
  • Comfortable using modern productivity tools, including AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT), to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Clear, professional communicator with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in an onsite, high-growth environment

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required)

The starting compensation for the selected candidate will be established based on their relevant skills, experience, qualifications, work location, market trends, and the compensation of employees in comparable roles. 

The pay range for this role is:

26 - 30 USD per hour (Saratoga, CA)
